Jodi is a registered Yoga Alliance RYT-200 yoga teacher. She happened into yoga in the early 1970’s. Her committed asana practice began in 2006 with the sole purpose of improving her health. A 30-day yoga challenge introduced her to the many styles and limbs of the practice where she discovered the true meaning of yoga. She became a certified yoga teacher in an effort to give to others the peace and wisdom derived from her many years of practice, teachers and studies. Her classes aim at connecting the self to the energetic body by using meditation, breath and postures from vinyasa flow, yin and restorative yoga.
