Jen's yoga practice begin while she was in college as a way to relax and find balance. The benefits of yoga were amazing. She became a CRNP with a focus on holistic health. Jen works as a nurse practitioner in a private psychiatric practice and in local nursing homes. She got my 200 hour yoga teacher training from Balance Yoga, and also has trauma informed yoga training and Yin teacher training. Jen has used meditation in her psychiatric practice as well as in yoga. She completed her Holistic Health practitioner program which included aromatherapy which she incorporates into yoga and meditation. On top of all of that, she is also a Reiki Master.
"My future goals include furthering my Yoga training to include restorative yoga, yoga therapy and advanced levels of yin yoga. Balancing work, home, family, self care, wellness and spiritual practice is the reason I practice yoga and meditation, and I am hoping to help others find that balance."
