Christine's classes focus on creating a flow of movement and breath to leave each student feeling balanced, relaxed and refreshed for the journeys ahead. It is required that you come to class with an open heart and an open mind! Christine had been practicing yoga for five years before receiving her 200 RYT certification through the Twin Cities Yoga Collective in the spring of 2015. With a completed bachelors degree in biology and in pursuit of a masters in nutrition, Christine has a knowledge of the human body and the value of living an active and healthy life. She is excited to share her love for the practice of yoga and create a space for students to grow but most importantly let go and have fun!
